About Jennifer

Jennifer has lived a truly extraordinary life. Jennifer is the second oldest of 16 children and as a
child, she endured the horrors of child abuse, which included physical torture, mental cruelty,
and near starvation. Upon Jennifer’s escape in 1987, her family was identified as one of the
most severe child abuse cases in Wisconsin's history.  At age 17, Jennifer's teachers risked
their careers to notify the authorities and saved her life from certain death. Upon Jennifer's
escape, she was made her lifelong quest for excellence and higher education. To achieve this
she enlisted in the U.S. Army and became an officer to hone her leadership skills. Jennifer has
spent her entire life striving to succeed in spite of the foundation that was laid for her.  As a laid
in her path.

After incredible success, currently Jennifer is retired from two decades of service as an Army
officer and now is a college professor, speaker and author finishing on her PhD in
Organizational Behavior and Leadership at Northcentral University.

Jennifer has a Bachelors degree in International Business and Finance from the University of
Louisville, KY, a Masters in Business Administration and Global Management from the

It is Jennifer's passion for leadership and excellence that allows her to succeed in every venture
